Rental Information

|
Be aware of the following policies regarging Port-A-Cool rentals:
- A dedicated 20amp 110v circuit is required for EACH unit.
- Extension cords CANNOT exceed 100feet per unit.
- A water source is required for all rentals unless previously arranged.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment for your event
- Association and Commercial discounts may be available
- Security Deposits via credit card with a valid Driver's License will be required on all rentals that the customer picks up
- Personnel to monitor equipment during special events may be arranged in advance for an additional charge of $37.50 per hour, per man. Some exceptions may apply
- Sales Tax is not included and will apply unless a tax exempt certificate is on file.
